  • Accounts Payable Coordinator will work on a high volume of invoices using three-way matching; process purchase orders and inventory invoices
  • Resolve vendor discrepancies and work with them on any outstanding issues
  • Accounts Payable Coordinator will make sure that all files and records are kept accurately and in line with company standards
  • This position is reporting to the Accounts Payable manager and will include other ad hoc responsibilities

Qualifications of an Accounts Payable Coordinator:

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience specifically working on accounts payable
  • JD Edwards Enterprise One software experience is strongly preferred
  • Ideal candidate will be responsible, work independently and interested in learning and developing
