Legal Administrative/Executive Assistant – Spanish Speaker a Must

Seeking an Administrative Assistant located in Jersey City, New Jersey

What the Administrative / Executive Assistant will do…

  • Administrative Assistant will support the VP and the General Counsel
  • Answering phones, reviewing mail, filing, calendar management, responding to emails
  • Assembling all the necessary legal documents, updating information into their database, doing some light legal research
  • Interactive heavily with personnel within and outside the organization

Qualifications of an Administrative / Executive Assistant:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Supporting Attorneys or a Legal Office is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must
  • Experience with calendar management and Microsoft Office products
  • Detail oriented, strong verbal and communication skills.
