What the Accounting Manager will do…

  • Accounting Manager will review accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing accounting, fixed assets, CAM, lease abstracts and work on the month end close
  • The Accounting Manager will review month-end, quarterly and year-end work papers
  • The Accounting Manager will review real estate tax payments, review tax returns, cost calculations and other tax related work
  • Financial reporting and reviewing the quarterly property management reports for owners
  • The Accounting Manager will also oversee two senior accountants and review all of their work

 What the company needs in an Accounting Manager:

  • 7+ Years of progressive accounting experience in real estate industry
  • Bachelors in Accounting
  • CPA or Public Accounting Experience a plus
  • Accounting Software experience such as MRI, Yardi or other similar packages
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic and deadline driven
