Financial Analyst for Top Entertainment firm in NYC

Located in Downtown, NYC. This role making up to $75K plus bonus potential.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

  • The Financial Analyst will be assisting with the consolidated forecasting process and own portions of the financial forecast models, including P&L, cash flow, and supporting schedules/analyses. Ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy
  • The Financial Analyst will be responsible for reporting of actual vs. plan, prior year, and current forecast
  • Preparing monthly expense reports by division/department
  • The Financial Analyst will be assisting with the preparation of Senior Management presentations/meetings (Monthly Business Reviews, Board of Directors meetings, forecast review meetings, etc.)
  • Performing monthly close and forecasts as well as tracking of various projects for all corporate overhead departments
  • The Financial Analyst will be conducting and summarizing ad hoc analyses and compiling data for royalty report submissions

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of related financial/accounting experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Hyperion is a plus
