Our client, a media advertising firm, is seeking a Controller / CFO to join their growing organization. The company is in need of someone to work very closely with the president and other professional management team members on strategic initiatives to move the company forward.
The professional will also be working on day to day accounting functions, financial controls and implementation as well as working on financial planning and budget management functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of accounting experience, advertising/media/public relations a plus
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Quickbooks Enterprise experience preferred
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
