Matthew has a solid background in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, billing, and analyzing cash flow. He also has prior experience where he was responsible for preparing tax returns and providing information for the audit to ensure compliance. In his last role at a Private Equity Firm he was covering someone out on maternity leave and was solely responsible for all transactions and accounting functions. Systems Exp: Intacct, Tabs3, Quickbooks, ADP. He is available for temporary or temp to perm assignments.

Senior Accountant – Elizabeth – $50.40 an hour

Elizabeth comes from an investment firm where she was responsible for maintaining all transactions and reconciling statements. Elizabeth has experience in month end close, journal entries, preparing tax schedules as well as other general accounting functions. She has led a system conversion where she was responsible for testing all accounting functions through the GL and then training her team on the system. Systems Exp: Advent (APX), MAS 90, Atweb and Excel

Junior Financial Analyst– Michael $32.40 an hour

Michael has recently wrapped up a contract role at multinational financial services where he was responsible for looking at trades and informing the sales team along with handling all the invoicing. He implemented a system for keeping track of invoices that were coming into the department. They still currently use this system which helped create organization and efficiency within the department. He is Bloomberg certified and advanced in Excel

Payroll Specialist – Maria $57.60

Maria is a seasoned professional who grew her career within payroll. She has experience processing and reconciling payroll for more than 2000 employees. She has further experience in assisting in general ledger reconciliation, exporting payroll transfer, preparing garnishments, and collaborating with HR on new hire on boarding documents and benefits. Software: ADP, Pay Force, PeopleSoft

Financial Analyst – Joanna

Joanna has extensive experience and has worked for big financial services firms as well as Big 4. She has a comprehensive background in financial analysis, risk management, data analysis and investigations. Her skill set in Excel is advanced and she has her MBA.

Equity Research Analyst – Paul (CFA)

Paul has worked as part of a team, as a sole contributor, and has supervised staff. He has conducted in-depth research within financial services, industrial, REIT, telecom, transportation, and utilities industries. He has continuously outperformed his peers and has authored extensive reports, developed systems and financial models.
